Hank’s Bacon & Rib Fest is this Father’s Day, June 21st. We will have ribs, bacon, and bourbon for tasting. Each admission ticket will include entry into the tasting event, 3 tastings (ribs or bacon), 1 Trader Lager, and live music. Add-on tastings are available for purchase. Get your tickets for Dad now before we sell out. Limited tickets are available.

All kids 12-under can eat free (hot dog) with a parent’s paid admission.

Smoked Bacon styles:

  • Peppered Bacon (Applewood-smoked bacon hand coated with 7 fresh cracked Pepper)
  • Maple Brown Sugar Bacon (Applewood-smoked bacon coated with Sugar Maple and Sweet Heat Rub)
  • Texas Hickory-Smoked Bacon (cured and authentically double-smoked over hickory)

Smoked Ribs styles:

  • Kansas City Baby Back Ribs (smoked low & slow over Hickory and finished with Hank’s own Trader Sweet & Tangy BBQ Sauce)
  • Hanks Competition Baby Back Ribs (slow smoked over Hickory and finished with Hank’s Slow Lane Sweet BBQ Sauce)
  • Southern Gold Baby Back Ribs (smoked low & slow over Hickory and finished with South Carolina mustard-based BBQ Sauce)

Tickets:

  • ️$15 Admission Ticket: 3 tastings (ribs or bacon) + 1 Trader Lager
  • ️$150 Reserved Table: includes a special reserved table + 6 Admission Tickets w/ 4 tastings (ribs or bacon) for each person
